Return Policy At Canada Flag Mart we want to make sure that our customers enjoy their purchases. For this reason, we offer a 10 day money back refund policy that gives you the comfort of risk-free shopping. If you are not completely satisfied within 10 days of receiving your purchase, please take the following steps: Email us at admin@canadaflagmart.com indicating: the item you wish to return and the reason you are not satisfied We will promptly respond by supplying you with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send the item (s). Please make a note of this information. Please include the authorization number with the package you are returning. Be sure to include the original packaging. Return the package by registered, insured mail or by insured courier. Canada Flag Mart cannot issue refunds for returns that we never receive. We ask that items be returned in "as new condition" with all original packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund. You will receive a refund for the purchase amount, less shipping and handling costs. Returned goods with damaged or missing packaging may incur a 10% restocking fee. Nylon flags should last you one full year flying outside in normal wind conditions. However, due to circumstances beyond our control they can last less than that. Our policy on nylon flags is as follows: You pay the shipping cost to return the flag to us, and we will pay to ship a replacement to you. Our practice is to apply the following warranty conditions. Warranty Conditions: - Pro-rated warranty based on one year life
- Does not apply to custom or polyester flags
- Warranty is limited to 40% off the retail price for replacement flag
- If you feel your flag needs to be replaced, return you defective one by mail (Please email prior to sending)
Example: - Purchase 72”x144” Canada flag on January 1st
- Order a replacement September 30th
- Your flag was used 272 or 75% of the warranty life of 1 year from date of purchase
- You automatically receive 25% discount on the replacement
Government Purchasers: Canada Flag Mart is pleased to accept Purchase Orders from officially recognized Canadian Federal, Provincial or Municipal Governments and Agencies. This includes Publicly-Funded School Districts and Health Boards. The faxed Purchase Order should clearly include the following: the billing name and address of the Government Organization the signature of a duly authorized individual and a Purchase Order number. Orders placed by Purchase Order are subject to acceptance and will be invoiced on a strict net 30 days basis. Agencies not respecting these terms will be subject to credit card orders only in future. Private sector corporations, individuals and not for profits are not eligible to participate with this option. Consumer Alerts Flags are intended for Adult use only and as such are packaged in a poly plastic bag which may be dangerous to young children.; To avoid suffocation, keep plastic bags away from young children at all times. Housekeeping: Our 3 x 5 flags are made of 100% polyester and are suitable for display indoors and for use in most outdoor environments. Areas with higher than normal winds, may experience reduced display life. Our larger designs are manufactured from nylon and are more suitable for heavy duty outdoor use. We strive to include the best possible graphics to depict the flag you are purchasing. Occasionally manufacturers may make slight alterations to designs or dye lots which may result in slight differences from the graphic shown. If the change is material to the design, we will not sell that manufacturers product. We sell our flags solely for the enjoyment and amusement of our customers. Canada Flag Mart accepts no responsibility for any consequences whatsoever, resulting from the flying or display of a flag which may be deemed offensive or otherwise non permissable due to local, religious, legislative, political or any other reason.
